Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChainBrain ("the Service"), operated by AccreDeFi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChainBrain provides AI-powered transaction evaluation and token deployment services on EVM-compatible blockchains. The Service includes an RPC endpoint that evaluates transactions, a token creation interface, and related tools.

3. No Financial Advice

ChainBrain is a security tool, not a financial advisor. Risk scores, AI evaluations, and token recommendations do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your on-chain actions and their financial consequences.

4. No Guarantee of Security

While ChainBrain employs 47 specialized AI evaluators and a 5-tier graduated response system, no security system is infallible. ChainBrain reduces risk but cannot guarantee complete protection against all threats, exploits, or losses. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

5. The $100 Challenge

The ChainBrain Challenge is a public demonstration of the AI Guardian's capabilities. Participation is voluntary. The challenge contract is verified and open source. AccreDeFi is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred during participation.

6. Token Deployment

Tokens deployed through ChainBrain are smart contracts on public blockchains. Once deployed, they cannot be recalled or modified by AccreDeFi. You are solely responsible for the tokens you create, their compliance with applicable laws, and their use.

7. Fees

Token deployment costs $5.00 USD equivalent per token, plus blockchain gas fees. The RPC evaluation service is currently free for individual wallet users. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use ChainBrain to: create tokens intended to defraud others; deploy contracts designed to exploit, scam, or rug-pull users; circumvent legal obligations including sanctions, KYC/AML requirements; or any other unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccreDeFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

What We Collect

On-chain data only. ChainBrain evaluates public blockchain transactions. We record:

• Wallet addresses (public, on-chain data)
• Transaction parameters (to, from, value, calldata)
• AI evaluation results (risk scores, verdicts, reasoning hashes)
• Per-address reputation scores (behavioral, not personal)

What We Do NOT Collect

• Private keys or seed phrases — ever
• Personal identifying information (name, email, phone)
• IP addresses (Cloudflare Workers do not log IPs by default)
• Browser fingerprints or tracking cookies

How We Use Data

Transaction data is used exclusively to: evaluate risk, build per-address reputation scores, improve AI model accuracy, and generate aggregate statistics. We do not sell, share, or monetize user data.

Data Storage

Evaluation data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (serverless SQL) and R2 (object storage). AI reasoning artifacts are content-addressed (hashed) for transparency and integrity. Data is retained for the operational lifetime of the service.

Third Parties

ChainBrain uses Cloudflare for infrastructure and OpenRouter for AI model access. Transaction data may be processed by these providers under their respective privacy policies. No personal data is shared with third parties.

Your Rights

Blockchain data is public and immutable by nature. However, you may request deletion of any off-chain evaluation data associated with your wallet address by contacting us. Reputation scores can be reset upon verified request.
